Kezar Pond Cottage Renovation

This property was a series of pieces and parts, including a duck hunting blind, added on over the years, which is typical of many family-owned lakeside cottages.

The full renovation layered in important proportioned and scaled elements to the exterior, which tied the house into one style. The interior woodwork then took on the style of Green & Green design and resulted in a very rich and cozy space for a growing extended family.
