Fryeburg Porch Renovation

This oversized 1970s cape-style home has seen several renovations with its new young family.

A new farmer's porch was designed to bring a neo-classical yet traditional look to the home. Exterior color changes, window replacements and a new 3 bedroom/bath addition within the existing unfinished attic provides much-needed space for the family of five.

The family continues to make phased improvements including a new outdoor deck, patio entertaining area, lower level exercise room, and updated living room.
